Micky assists clients across a range of environmental matters related to air emissions, hazardous waste management, and environmental justice. He has expertise with permitting, emission inventories, compliance audits, enforcement assistance, and implementation of compliance assurance programs.

Haley assists clients with air and EPCRA compliance with a special focus in retro-active TRI auditing and eDisclosure support as well as providing context into how TRI data are used to inform communities, governments, and public interest groups through USEPA’s RSEI model.
